• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• The order can only be sent to one address. If shipping is to be done to different addresses, a different order must be created.

• Your order will be delivered within 1-30 days after it reaches us. Shipping is only made to Turkey.
ORDER STATUS
You can check the status of your orders at www.duoactive.com. You can view the status of your orders by clicking Order Status and logging into your account. You may not be able to see the shipping information of some shipments immediately; due to technical processes, the shipping information is reflected on the website within 24 hours after the order is shipped.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your online order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0850 307 7059. Your orders or some products may be canceled systematically for different reasons. These reasons are as follows:
- There may be a problem receiving payment information.
- Shipment may not be possible to the specified address.
- The order may have been repeated or occurred more than once.
- It may be canceled upon customer request.
- Purchases may have been made against our maximum purchase policy. There will be no charge for any canceled products. If you have any questions about your canceled order, you can reach our Customer Services at 0850 307 7059.
PRE-SALE PRODUCTS
Pre-sale products are products that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase on our site. These products are shipped as soon as possible. Periodic notifications will be made via e-mail about the status of the pre-sale product or products. You can be sure that no fee will be charged until the product or products are shipped.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
In your one-time orders, you can purchase a maximum of 8 (eight) products of the same product, add a total of 14 (fourteen) products to your cart and increase your total purchase up to a maximum of 10,500.00.-$ (ten thousand five hundred ABD Dolar ). Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation as they will be considered commercial activity for resale and marketing purposes, not personal consumption. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: For your security, we have the right to cancel orders that do not provide verification, in cases where the name and address information written on the invoice do not match the credit card information used for payment, due to our advanced chargeback filters qualifying the purchase as possible fraud.
PAYMENT AUTHORITY
All purchases are subject to bank authorization before processing. Only authorized purchases are processed and shipped.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION PROVISIONS
When you place an order using a credit card or debit card, two transactions will be notified to your account.
1. When an order is placed, your bank will hold an amount on the card you paid with based on the amount of your purchase. This will retain the amount required for the pending charge.
2. The order will then be charged by ensuring the amount is removed from your account. If the order is modified or canceled prior to shipment, the authorization provision amount may change.
If an order is cancelled, the authorization provision will be void based on bank policy. Each bank determines the time for the authorization provision to be held in the account before getting rid of the debt balance. For details regarding the removal of authorization provisions, please contact the customer service of the bank in question.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be assessed as detailed in the distance sales contract, including the total purchase price and shipping/handling fees. If you have sales tax questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
